I liked that there was a 24 hour market across the street from the hotel. That really helps with odds and ends. I also really liked that the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle to and from the beach. They also provide chairs and an umbrella. The hotel was pretty close to a lot of stuff that we could uber to without great cost, so that was nice. I also liked the decor and cleanliness (aesthetic) of the hotel overall. Nice pool (good temperature) and hot tub felt good (a little small).

Breakfast very good, with varied foods, choice of hot and cold dishes. several drinks. The location of the place for breakfast was very good, on the first floor of the hotel. All hotel staff are wonderful. Everyone is helpful, smiling, polite, kind, I'm from Brazil, and they help me a lot with the language. Congratulations to the entire team at the Hotel, I will return to Puerto Rico and will definitely stay at the Hotel again.

I wasn't supposed to be able to check in until 4 pm. I was stuck with all our luggage and no sleep for about a day already, and they called within an hour of dropping off our luggage to tell me they got my room available early. It was so appreciated, the staff was also great.

Everything from the pool to the staff and the room was really nice we loved the rose pedals on the bed. My wife really loved it 😍 plus it was her birthday. They offered free shuttle to and from the beach which was awesome. We will return.

Breakfast was magnificent, room was cleaned everyday, facilities were beautiful. William at valet was so unbelievably kind and positive, we loved talking to him and he was so knowledgeable and accommodating.
